Organizational/Community consulting:  Fourth Wave works with the community to plan content and structure education and programing through a lens of decolonization. Included in the consultation fee are planning meetings, one on one consultations with those selected to lead the series, and debriefing. Fourth Wave also offers consulting to individuals and couples who are interested in accompaniment through their process of decolonization. 

Workshops

Bring a workshop to educate your community on how various aspects of society have and are still impacted by colonization.

Great way to engage and create community and foster commitment to mutual liberation and decolonization. Time to process collectively and individually leading to creative application and action. Creates a strong foundation for anti-racism/anti-oppression work through education of colonization the foundation of the concept of race and racism. Racism is not the only form oppression that resulted from colonization and therefore, this approach is intersectional. Workshops are uniquely designed for your community.

Yoga

A yoga class is a revolutionary way to maintain holistic wellness during your process of decolonization.
Learn more- Chasity Jones Selenga’s yoga education hails from Patanjali’s 8 limbed Path of Yoga. Chasity is a certified yoga teacher who believes yoga can be utilized in the process of decolonization as a way to recover, maintain, and liberate, ourselves. This is because the practice enables one to understand oneself, process new information, and apply it to ones’ life in a meaningful way.

All yoga classes are designed to be accessible to your community
Vinyasa- (breathe to posture, standing series)
Yin- (seated and holding postures for longer periods of time, releasing kinks within the body)
Seated- (the majority of class will be seated on a mat or a chair)
Meditation- (incorporated in every class but can also be focus of class)
